Throughout February, we’ll be sharing fresh fitness tips, inspiring member stories, and trainer insights to get you back on track to reach your goals.

 

Sometimes just showing up is half the battle. Mark your calendars for our February fitness events and bring a friend along for extra motivation!

 

Tryout the Trainers

Did you always want to invest in personal training but didn’t know which trainer would be the right fit for you? On Feb. 10, tryout the personal trainers at a participating club near you.

 

Bring A Buddy

Share a sweat session with your swolemate! From Feb. 12-18, bring a friend to your already scheduled Personal Training session.

 

Gym & Juice

Looking to branch out from your favorite group fitness class? Come out and sample different classes on Feb. 17 from 8:30am-10:30am. This event is open to members and non-members, so bring your squad for this class sampler followed by free juice samples!

 

Heart Health Awareness

February is Heart Health Month and we are ready to celebrate by opening our doors to the public! From Feb. 23-25, get your heart pumping at a club near you.
