How to make it: 1. In food processor or blender, puree 1/3 cup mangoes and Italian dressing for 1 minute or until smooth 2. In large bowl, combine beans, red onions, peppers and remaining mangoes. Add mango dressing; toss gently to coat. 3. Season salad with salt and ground black pepper, if desired. Chill until ready to serve. ENJOY!
