Using Foam Rollers for Better Stretching Results

The element we notice that most people miss when
exercising is stretching or foam rolling. Stretching is essential to
complete a great workout.  Stretching minimizes soreness, prevents
injury and assists in raising your metabolism.

In addition to static stretching there is also the option of foam
roiling. Foam rolling finds adhesions in your muscles and works like
deep tissue massage to help release stress and lean out your muscle
tissue.
