Changing lives! If that does not fire you up, I do not know what will. Seeing people’s reactions when they hit their goal for the first time is such an exciting feeling. It's like seeing the spark rekindle and lights another fire back underneath them. It is amazing to watch when fitness corresponds to their life outside of the gym and they go from stagnant to on fire for what's next in their journey.
To teach people that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I want to make an impact on people's lives. I want to be the change that helps take people from the state they’re in and pushing them to the next level.
Changing people’s mindsets from "this is impossible" to "I am capable". I really like when I can just get to know people and their story. I love getting to know who they are and why they are in the gym in the first place. Of course working with them on the floor to crush their goals is the most rewarding part.
Working with people who would rather rely on a social media influencer who teach unsafe movements, rather than a coach that's in front of them and has their best interest at heart. You have to trust your trainer
Last year, I hit my personal weight loss goal of over 60 pounds in four months.
Anything functional but preferably High Intensity Interval (HIIT) training. My favorite exercises are wall balls, med ball slams, and battle ropes.
I prefer christian workout music, but anything really up beat will get me through a workout.
Currently, my fitness goal is to put on some muscle before getting down to 10% body fat.
I played Ultimate Frisbee in college but I love disc golf.
