What is online personal training?
An online or online workout session with a certified personal trainer from any O2 Fitness club, who can prepare a workout program for you based on the equipment you have at home and what you want to achieve; weight loss, strength training or just getting fitter.
How does it work at O2 Fitness?

3. Someone from our Personal Training team will contact you via phone or email.

Being able to workout one on one with a personal trainer gives you the freedom to get fit based on your schedule and budget.
Online personal trainers are here to work around your schedule. If you work late into the night or just prefer super early workouts, a face-to-face trainer is limited because the fitness facility may not be open during the time you prefer.
When you complete the personal training survey, you are letting out Personal Training team exactly what you need and what you want from your session or sessions with your trainer. Once you have been partnered up with the perfect trainer, he or she can start coming up with custom workouts and programing for you based on.
