When you come in for your first training session, your coach will spend time getting to know you. They’ll ask about your health history and fitness goals. This chat is really important because it helps us understand where you’re starting from and what you want to achieve. After the initial conversation, your coach will guide you through a quick assessment to figure out your current fitness level, identify strengths and imbalances, and assess any other special needs you might have.
Once we have this information, we’ll sit down and work together to set your goals. Your coach will help you express what you really want to accomplish and how we can help you get there.
Then, your coach will design a workout program just for you. They’ll explain how it works and why each part is important for reaching your goal. If you enjoy group fitness classes or need to adjust rest days based on your schedule and preferences, we can definitely work that in! This personalized approach ensures you get the most out of your training sessions.
After your first session, we’ll schedule a second complimentary session. This gives you a chance to experience the workout, get to know your trainer better, and see what it’s like to work with them. You can ask questions, get form tips, and more to feel comfortable moving forward.
In your next session, you can expect a well-structured workout that follows our signature three-phase training system: activate, perform, and adapt. In the activate phase, we’ll warm up your body through neuromuscular activation and activities that increase blood flow to prepare for the workout. The perform phase is where you’ll work out with exercises focused on improving power, strength, endurance, and balance. Then, we’ll cool down in the adapt phase to help your body and mind recover.
