Greensboro, here we come! We are thrilled to share that our second Signature club will open at Friendly Center in Greensboro in early 2019.
Located at the intersection of Northline Avenue and Pembroke Road, this brand new, 30,000-square-foot space will be home to the first O2 Fitness in the Triad area.
O2 Fitness Friendly Center will feature top-of-the-line cardio and weight equipment as well as 4,000 total square feet of functional training turf area. No matter your workout, there will be plenty of room for sled pushes, agility training, core work, and more on all 30 yards of "The Field."
Looking for a group atmosphere? O2 Fitness Friendly Center will feature an energizing Group Fitness studio and a soothing Mind~Body studio to practice both physical and mental wellness. Cycling enthusiasts, we didn't forget about you! Go for a calorie-torching ride in our state-of-the-art cycling studio.
Work out with a view on the 5,000-square-foot elevated mezzanine perfect for personal training sessions, group workouts, or individual free weight exercises. After your workout, relax and unplug in the sauna while your phone charges inside our luxury lockers.
Parents, we know how important it is to fit in a sweat session. O2 Fitness Friendly Center will feature an onsite Kids Club with an indoor playground, variety of toys and games, and exciting youth fitness programming.
