There's no denying it–Kale is a super popular, super food to incorporate into your fitness plan! And for all the right reasons–it's packed with protein, vitamins, fiber and important minerals. Those vitamins and minerals can boost metabolism, increase energy levels and improve stamina during exercise. After a demanding workout at the gym, why not recover with a Kale Smoothie?

Follow this recipe for a simple, healthy smoothie from our very own Corporate Wellness Director, Katie Jones:

-1 cup kale

-1 banana

-1 scoop vanilla SRX Building Blocks protein

-1 scoop SRX Greens

-1 tbsp chia seeds

-1/2 cup water or almond milk

Put everything in a blender, fill with ice and blend. It really is that simple! Enjoy.
